Amendment No. 1 was not offered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Holm and Kerttula: Page 2, line 9, following "(2)": Delete "if" Insert "is" Page 2, line 9, following "charted": Delete "is" Insert "and" Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
